  • By highlighting Rachel Scott's compassionate actions, students will see her as a kindness superhero and be encouraged to emulate her. They will discover the power of kindness and empathy, emphasizing the value of every individual.

  • Five age-appropriate challenges are given to foster kindness, respect, and appreciation for all.

  • “Chain Links of Kindness” is a school-wide project. This is a simple and engaging way to involve every student, staff member, and administrator and acknowledge each other’s kind acts. Each link represents one act of kindness, and students eagerly compete to add as many links to their class chain as possible.

Over the past 25 years, Craig has had thousands of one-on-one conversations with teens following assemblies. They have opened up about their most painful traumas and experiences, providing Craig with valuable insight into what truly matters to them. As a leading expert on teen issues and school violence prevention, he conducts over 100 media interviews each year.

Through Rachel’s journals, students will get to know her and challenged to follow in her footsteps and “start a chain reaction” of kindness and compassion within their school.  They also hear how Craig overcame his broken state of mind to become free and whole and learn how to express themselves respectfully to find solutions to their situations.

Club Start Up

During training, with the support of a sponsoring teacher, students identify key issues within their school and unofficially launch the Life Choices Club.

Monthly Projects to Improve School and Community

For lasting impact, it's essential to establish a student-led club after the assembly to influence students' social worlds—on social media, in classrooms, hallways, and common areas. Today, hundreds of these clubs are making a difference!


Emotional Resilience Curriculum

empowering students with essential communication skills for lasting change.

This curriculum includes 20 lessons on key topics like respect, self-worth, empathy, loneliness, failure, anger management, and racism. It can be used as standalone lessons or as supplemental material to foster respectful dialogue.

Developed more than 15 years ago and continuously updated, the curriculum is valued for its focus on sound psychological and mental health practices. A digital copy is provided to school administration, and lessons can be led by teachers or student leaders.

Our job as educators is to Awaken The Learner within. This session explores effective education based on the idea that everyone has an inner genius. Developed by reasercher of education, Dr. Robert Marzano, and Craig’s father, Darrell Scott, this training reflects the philosophies of top educators from when the U.S. was #1 in education.

Craig also shares some of his profound experiences with students over the years and insights into breaking down walls within youth.

Training that looks at education that doesn’t just teach the head but touches the heart. TOPICS COVERED:
